Support: writing the message that gets answered once
Most payment issues do not drag on because somebody refuses to solve them. They drag on because the first message lacks the details a transaction is searched by. Payments teams do not look up money by descriptions and names; they look it up by identifiers. A message that carries them from the start saves an entire round of replies.
Which desk owns which question
| Issue | Who handles it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Pending payout, documents, account limits | The operator’s support | Only they can see the account and the payment system |
| An unrecognised charge on a card | The card issuer | Disputes belong to the bank, not to a gaming platform |
| A transfer missing on-chain | A public block explorer | The status is visible to anyone holding the transaction id |
| What a clause in the terms means | This guide | It explains the mechanics; the binding text stays on the platform |
The four details
- An identifier. The payout request number or the on-chain transaction id. Without it, nothing is found quickly.
- Date and time, with the time zone if the action happened late at night.
- Amount and currency, exactly as it appears in the history rather than rounded.
- The method and direction. Card, IBAN, wallet or which crypto network, and whether it was in or out.
Two checks before sending close roughly half of all incidents without any contact at all: whether the request is still pending, meaning it has not been handed to the network yet, and whether a notification is waiting about a missing document. The withdrawal page separates the operator’s approval stage from the network leg — two clocks nobody sees at the same time.
The three recurring cases
A deposit is not showing. Check the banking or wallet app first: if the money has not left, there is nothing to search for. With a bank transfer the usual culprit is a reference code missing from the payment description, which pushes the payment into manual matching. With crypto, it is confirmations that have not completed yet.
The bonus did not activate. The causes are all judged at the moment of the deposit and none can be applied retroactively: an amount below the promotion’s qualifying minimum, a method on the exclusion list, or a code that was not entered before confirmation. A useful ticket quotes the offer wording as it appeared and asks for a specific explanation.
A payout wiped out the bonus. Not a fault but a term: before wagering is complete, a withdrawal request is read as abandoning the offer. The wagering page describes how progress is counted and which games contribute least.
When the terms changed after the offer was claimed
Everything here rests on evidence. Screenshots of the page as it appeared, the message or email announcing the promotion, the date it was claimed and the transaction history together make a case that can actually be examined. Submit it in writing rather than only in live chat, so a dated record exists. If the reply does not resolve it, the formal complaints procedure is the next step, and it works best when the whole sequence is documented. This site does not intervene in accounts and cannot release held funds — it explains the mechanics and the order of the steps.
When the question is not about a transaction
Deposit and session limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are configured inside the account rather than requested from support. For full abstention there is the national register maintained by ΕΕΕΠ, and the support services of ΚΕΘΕΑ exist for anyone who needs help rather than a payment update. The responsible gambling page gathers these tools. On tax, the applicable brackets on winnings are published by AADE.
