Registration: a form that quietly writes the payment rules
Opening an account looks like routine data entry and is really the moment two things get fixed in place: the currency the balance will be held in, and the name every future payment method will have to match. Nearly every problem that surfaces on the day of a first payout was created here, in three minutes of typing. This site does not operate a platform or hold accounts — it describes what the operator asks for and why.
The fields that matter later
- Full name as printed on the identity document. Not a nickname, and not an improvised Latin transliteration of a Greek name.
- Date of birth. Access is restricted to adults and the claim is checked against the document, not the field.
- Residential address. It has to agree with the proof of address that will be requested later.
- Email and mobile number. Used for confirmations and payment notifications; a mistyped digit means a verification message that never arrives.
- Account currency. Euro for a player banking in Greece. The choice is usually permanent.
Why name matching is the strictest rule in the cashier
Payments return to the source they came from and to the person who owns the account. That makes three names load-bearing: the account, the document, and the card or IBAN. A partner’s card, a parent’s account or a company IBAN is refused even where the player has full access, because the rule exists to stop gaming accounts being used to move other people’s money. A single differing character — an accent, a transliteration, a shortened first name — is the most common reason a first payout stalls.
What verification asks for
| Document | What it proves | Usual mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Passport or national ID | Who the holder is and that they are an adult | Cropped corner, flash glare, blurred text |
| Recent proof of address | That the declared address is real and current | A document older than the accepted window |
| Proof the method belongs to you | That the card, IBAN or wallet is in the same name | Screenshot with the name cropped out |
The review happens once and covers later payouts. Uploads go into the operator’s own account area and are read by their team; this site never receives, views or stores anyone’s documents, and a card security code is never part of a document check.
The offer is judged at the deposit, not at the form
Registration on its own activates nothing. What binds a player is decided at the first deposit: whether the amount clears the promotion’s own qualifying minimum, which is often higher than the method minimum; whether the method appears on the exclusion list; and whether any code was entered before confirmation. From that point a wagering multiplier starts running against a deadline, and the wagering page becomes the most useful text attached to the account.
Settings worth configuring on day one
Deposit limits, session limits and cooling-off periods take a minute to set while an account is new and are far harder to introduce later, once habits exist. The responsible gambling page explains what each control does; for full abstention there is the national self-exclusion register maintained by ΕΕΕΠ, alongside the support services of ΚΕΘΕΑ. On the tax side, winnings in Greece follow a progressive scale published by AADE.
