Privacy policy
This policy describes what happens to data while you read crix.info. It applies to this information site only. The moment you follow a link to an operator’s platform, that operator’s policy and legal bases apply instead, and we see nothing of what happens there.
What is never collected
There is no registration on this site, no user account, no payment form and no identity check. As a result we hold no names, tax numbers, identity documents, card details, bank accounts or betting histories. What happens when you click an outbound link
A commercial link passes a campaign identifier to the destination. It tells the operator which channel a visit came from. It contains no name, no email address and nothing else that identifies you, and no information flows back to us about what you did afterwards. We do not learn whether an account was opened, what was deposited, or which promotion was claimed. That boundary matters for readers too: the evidence needed for a bonus dispute — a dated capture of the terms, a claim timestamp, a bet history — exists only in your account and your own records, never in a system of ours.
Cookies
Two categories are used. Essential cookies hold technical preferences such as language choice and have nothing to do with advertising. Statistical cookies measure traffic in aggregate. Both can be blocked or deleted in your browser settings, and the site stays fully readable without them. No cookies are used to build an advertising profile of an individual.
Legal bases and recipients
Technical data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in operating the site securely; statistical measurement on consent where consent is required; correspondence on the basis of handling your request. Hosting and analytics providers may process data strictly for those purposes as processors. Data is not sold, and it is not exchanged with gambling operators.
Retention
- Technical logs: kept for a short period covering security review, then deleted or anonymised.
- Aggregate statistics: retained in a form that does not allow identification of an individual.
- Correspondence: kept while a request is handled and for a reasonable period documenting the correction.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Because no user register exists, a request will usually concern your correspondence or the cookies stored in your own browser. Write to privacy@crix.info. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Minors and changes
The content is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; a parent or guardian who identifies such a case can request deletion at the same address. This policy may be updated when tools or obligations change, and the version published here is the one in force. Your overall relationship with the site is governed by the terms of use, and the commercial side is described in the affiliate disclosure.
