Crix, read from the terms up

Most reviews describe the lobby. This one starts at the paragraph nobody reads: the clause that decides whether a bonus can ever turn into a payout. Everything here is written for a euro account, with worked examples instead of adjectives.

The clause that decides everything

Two offers can advertise the identical multiplier and still be a world apart. The distance sits in one short phrase describing what the multiplier is applied to. Applied to the bonus alone, fifty euros at thirty-five times asks for 1,750 euros of turnover. Applied to deposit plus bonus, with a fifty euro deposit behind it, the same sentence asks for 3,500. Nothing in the banner changes; the obligation doubles.

This is the reason the pages on this site are organised around clauses rather than around games. A catalogue tells you what you can play. A rulebook tells you what happens to your money while you play it, and only one of the two shows up in a dispute. The wagering explainer takes the arithmetic apart; the general bonus terms collect the conditions that apply to every promotion regardless of its name.

Five lines worth finding before you accept

ClauseQuestion it answers
Calculation baseIs the multiplier applied to the bonus, or to deposit plus bonus?
Game contributionWhich categories count fully, which count partially, which are excluded?
Maximum stakeHow large a single bet is allowed while bonus funds are live?
ExpiryHow many days remain before unfinished turnover voids the balance?
Withdrawal capWhat is the ceiling on cashing out winnings produced by bonus money?

Four of those five are numbers, which makes them checkable in under a minute. The fifth — the contribution table — is the one that quietly ruins the most claims, because a stake placed on an excluded title does not reduce the target at all and in several rulebooks cancels the offer outright.

A code is a door, not a contract

Affiliate pages love the word exclusive. Read literally it describes a routing tag: the code tells the platform where an account came from and may unlock a package other visitors do not see. What it cannot do is rewrite the conditions attached to that package. The operator authors the terms, the operator revises them, and the binding version is the one rendered in the cashier at the second of activation — not the version quoted on any third-party page, this one included.

The practical habit that follows is unglamorous and takes four seconds: screenshot the terms, with the date visible, before clicking accept. It costs nothing and it is the only evidence that survives a later disagreement. How codes behave in practice is covered on the promo codes page, and the escalation path if something goes wrong is on complaints.

Two cashier rules interact directly with bonus terms. The first is the return-path rule: money leaves the way it arrived, so a prepaid voucher deposit forces a different route for the payout. The second is eligibility — several wallets simply do not qualify for promotions, so a technically correct deposit can produce no bonus at all. Step-by-step handling lives on deposits and withdrawals.

Before the first stake

  1. Registration. The operator asks for real details because the account name has to match the payment instrument later. The sequence is described on the account page.
  2. The offer decision. It is made on the same screen as the deposit and is not easily reversed. Four questions cover it: base, multiplier, maximum stake, expiry.
  3. Limits first. Deposit and session limits are set calmly, not mid-session. The available tools are listed under responsible gambling.

What we can tell you

  • How a multiplier turns into a concrete euro figure
  • Which cashier route suits which situation, and what each one costs in time
  • What evidence to keep so a dispute can actually be argued

What we cannot

  • Guarantee any outcome — nothing on this site predicts results
  • Confirm a promotion is still live; only the cashier does that
  • Act in a dispute on your behalf, or influence an operator decision

Regulatory background, briefly

Greek online gambling is supervised by the Hellenic Gaming Commission, abbreviated EEEP. It keeps a public register of licensed operators and a separate list of sites blocked for operating without a permit, and it hosts the national self-exclusion register for players who want access closed at the source rather than site by site. Support for gambling-related harm is provided by KETHEA. Winnings are taxed on a progressive scale whose current brackets are published by the Greek tax authority, AADE; we do not reprint rates here because they change and a stale number is worse than no number.

Frequently asked questions

What is crix.info?
It is an independent reading of the Crix rulebook. The pages take the offer terms, the cashier rules and the account checks apart in plain English. We do not run the platform, we hold no player balances and we cannot approve or refuse a payout.
Why call a bonus a contract?
Because accepting one adds obligations that were not on the account a minute earlier: a turnover multiplier, a cap on the stake allowed while the bonus is live, an expiry date, a list of excluded titles and often a ceiling on what can be withdrawn from bonus winnings. The money is instant; the conditions run until the turnover target closes.
Where does the wagering requirement hide?
In the calculation base. A 50 euro bonus at x35 on the bonus alone means 1,750 euro of turnover. The same wording applied to deposit plus bonus doubles it. One clause decides the size of the whole obligation, which is why it is the first line worth finding.
Does an exclusive code change the terms?
No. A code is an entry route, not a separate agreement. The operator writes the conditions and can revise them, so the binding version is whatever the cashier displays at the moment of activation. A code may unlock a different package, but it never lowers a multiplier or extends a deadline.
What happens if a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active?
In most rulebooks the request cancels the bonus together with the winnings generated by it, while the player’s own deposit stays available. That is why the decision to accept an offer belongs before the deposit screen, not after a balance has grown.
Which payment routes are relevant for a euro account?
Visa and Mastercard cards, IBAN bank transfer, IRIS instant transfers between Greek banks, the Skrill and Neteller wallets, prepaid paysafecard vouchers and crypto rails such as USDT or Litecoin. Availability is set by the operator and changes, so the cashier list is always the final word.
Who supervises online gambling for Greek players?
The Hellenic Gaming Commission, known locally as EEEP. It publishes a register of licensed operators and a separate list of sites that are blocked for operating without a permit, and it maintains the national self-exclusion register.
